At Mad March Hare, we use only the finest, locally sourced malted barley and distill three times in small copper pot stills in the traditional way. We then cut the spirit with Irish spring water to 40% ABV resulting in a drink that is full of character and exceptionally smooth.

An instant fan! I enjoyed it: over ice neat, with tonic and lime, as an addition to a typical gin and tonic with a 1:3 ratio. Can't believe I found something I like as well if not more than Gin. Very complex flavor profile that responds nicely to what I've mixed it with so far. Might have to try it with Fresca and orange next!

The wooden cap wasn't adequately glued to the cork and I had to use a corkscrew! ;) Once opened, however, I found the product to be very smooth, warm and sip-able.
